DoNews广州7月17日消息：4年前，杨京拿下传奇3，率领光通攻城掠地，锋芒直逼盛大，就在时，杨京接到EA抛来的“绣球”，他放弃了魔兽世界，放弃了独立IPO，选择等待被EA收购。EA不停考察光通，不断向光通提要求；光通中断既定的发展节奏，积极配合EA收购。

EA没有收购光通，杨京离开了光通。接着，EA又与杨京创办的天悦签订协议，规定天悦是EA在中国的网络游戏独家代理。2007年5月，EA在没有签署解除和天悦独家代理合同的情况下，不顾天悦的反对，收购第九城市15%股份，并将《FIFA Online》的中国区运营权交给了第九城市。

军人出身的杨京认为，商场中对于合作伙伴的选择是商家常事，他并不认为EA在2006年6月6日与签定广东天悦为EA在中国网游产品的独家代理之后，EA在中国就一定不能再改嫁他人，一定要从一而终。只是杨京碍于面子，一直不愿意提EA怎样“艺术”地将他给“耍”了，一直不想向外人多谈“美国艺术电子（EA）公司的诚信艺术”。

杨京说：“刚起步或发展中的中小企业无不可望与同行业中的数一数二的企业合作，这是非常自然的，也是求之不得的，某些大公司在进入一个不成熟的市场时，恰恰精明的把握了这种心态，采用一系列成套路的准商业的手法，非常艺术地将这些企业用了。”而被用的企业，有苦说不出，吃个哑巴亏。

杨京表示，为天悦员工尽快拿到他们的欠薪，也为同行以他为鉴，他决心先将他的面子先扔到垃圾桶去，将4年来与EA谈判的始末和盘托出。
